Life In England

Since early September I have been living in York England for Bible College. York is a picturesque beautiful old city that has oodles of historic culture. Walking down the cobble paved roads you pass boutiques, coffee shops, and antiques, and finding yourself buying more than you want . It is that time again for Christmas shopping, and the streets are swarming with people eager to shop. Christmas lights are lit up around the city giving you the holiday spirit!

I have enjoyed every moment that I have been here in York. This is my second semester here and my third semester overall. My roommate asked me the other night "Why did you want to come to England?" I took me a while to answer, I never thought of why I came, I just did. Coming to England for two semesters didnt ever cross my mind before the Lord put the desire in my heart. My plan was to spend my semester in Austria but the Lord openned the door wide for me to come to England. Ever since I have been in England I have forever been changed. Spending countless hours writing papers, reading my Bible, and seeking the Lord has grown my relationship with Him. This city, this college and this church has impacted my life for evermore. I have realized how important Jesus is in my life. Spending alone time with him is my most treasured and exciting time throughout my day. All I want to do is fall more in love with Jesus!!!!! He will empower me to do the impossible and strengthen my every weakness. Praise Him for He is GOOD and He is faithful! England will always be remembered and a piece of my heart will be left here. Thank you Jesus for sending me here and always blessing me withn your steadfast love and mercy.

"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagles." Psalm 103:2-5
